Automotive Product Advisor

Join one of the fast-growing brands in the automotive industry! Kia Canada is launching several new-vehicles, increasing its sales targets, and aiming for a leadership position in electric and hybrid-electric technology. In turn, Castlegar Kia requires an Automotive Product Advisor for a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Nurture relationships to build clientele.
• Use consultative selling skills. Assist customers with selecting vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Continuously develop your product knowledge. Learn the details of our product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Bring your positive attitude and energy to this dynamic role.

Qualifications

• Self-starter mentality and ambitious mindset.
• Eager to learn new product details.
• Above-average communication skills with customers and team members.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales.
