Castlegar Kia Wins Award for Customer Service

Kia Canada presented Castlegar Kia with an award for achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction in western Canada. Kia announced this achievement in New Orleans during its national meeting of dealers.

This is an important accomplishment as Kia Canada surveys both sales and service department customers to measure their satisfaction with Kia dealerships. Since opening in 2013, Castlegar Kia has ranked highly in customer satisfaction, but it is the first time the dealership has earned the number-one score.

"This is a major achievement for our dealership," said Keith Kalawsky, president and general manager of Castlegar Kia. "It is the result of our staff's focus on our customers and I am proud of our team for this award."

The service department at Castlegar Kia is managed by Steve Mota and Devon Cheveldaeff oversees the sales team.
